Role Summary

Reporting to and working closely with the Marcom Manager, the Marcom Assistant/Executive will play a key role in supporting, coordinating, and executing various marketing and communications functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, creative, and possesses excellent organizational skills. He/ She should demonstrate a positive attitude, be open to new challenges, and take ownership of their responsibilities to deliver the desired results.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, develop, and implement marketing activations aligned with the company's branding, goals, and objectives.
• Manage the brand's social media platforms, including content curation, production, scheduling, and performance analysis.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and propose new initiatives for effective online advertising (not limited to Google, Facebook & LinkedIn)
• Conceptualize and execute designs for marketing materials, including mailers, flyers, banners, newsletters, social media posts, etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and provide regular updates and reports to senior management
Support in-house event planning and execution.

Job Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications activities with an eye for design and details
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
