ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

a) Handle daily operations and coordinate the pick-up with the transporter via email, phone calls or WhatsApp.

b) Accepts and processes booking for pick up and custom clearance

c) Proactively informs the customer of shipment status and exceptions

d) HAWB creation in TMS, updating reports and tracking HAWB/POD for movement with HAWB.

e) Update Daily Tracking Report and any reports requested by customers

f) Handing over custom form to driver during day shift and close monitoring of urgent shipment throughout the day

g) Carry out all other activities as assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field

b) Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.

c) Proficient in Microsoft Office

d) Good communication skills

e) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

f) Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

g) Able to work in shifts (12hour shifts)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
