Career Land Center - an international recruitment company is hiring on behalf of a luxury spa facility.

A luxury beauty and wellness chain in Qatar is looking for an experienced Spa Therapist Trainer to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who has honed their craft in five-star hotel spas and is ready to step into a leadership position — shaping the skills and standards of the therapist team while still staying hands-on with clients.

What You'll Be Doing You'll deliver high-end spa treatments to guests while also training, mentoring, and upskilling the therapist team to meet luxury service standards.

This includes leading onboarding for new therapists, running refresher trainings on technique and protocol, and helping maintain the consistent, elevated guest experience the brand is known for. You'll work closely with spa management to keep training programs current and aligned with the latest treatments and trends.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist within a five-star hotel or luxury spa setting
• Prior experience training or mentoring other therapists
• Strong technical knowledge across massage, facial, and body treatment modalities
• Confident, clear communicator in English
• Professional, polished presentation and a genuine passion for guest care
• Open to relocating to Qatar if currently based overseas
