Salary: SGD $3,300 – $3,500/month
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipment arrangement and delivery follow-up.
• Review and purchase materials, components and equipment based on MRP requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials and meet production schedules.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and other internal teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and execute stocking requirements.
• Manage suppliers to achieve quality, delivery and inventory objectives.
• Handle purchasing documentation, vendor setup, PO/DN/invoice matching and submission.
• Coordinate RMA/NCT units with suppliers.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and analyse BOM.
• Prepare weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
• Prioritise urgent requests and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a Degree in Supply Chain Management are welcome to apply.
• Experience in MRP, SAP/ERP, BOM and supplier management is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritise tasks based on urgency.
