Job Summary

You will support financial operations by communicating client needs to accountants, managing office administrative tasks, recording financial transactions including P&L reports, maintaining bookkeeping, and coordinating client appointments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather financial information and relay it accurately to the accountant
• Perform office administrative tasks such as filing, printing, reporting, and emailing to support daily operations
• Record and process financial and accounting transactions, including preparing profit and loss (P&L) reports
• Collaborate with accounting or finance professionals to maintain accurate client financial records
• Maintain bookkeeping and office accounting records to ensure up-to-date financial data
• Collect payments and update accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) records to track cash flow
• Schedule client appointments and manage department deadlines to ensure timely service delivery
• Works for prolonged hours if necessary.
