Architecturally trained with exposure to building regulations such as URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA, LTA, NParks, PUB, SP, JTC, HDB

Preferably with architectural experience above for a duration of 4-6 years in an architect firm in Singapore.

We deal mostly A&A works for factories, commercial, agricultural sites and residential units.

Estabilished in 2023 and growing business with passionate team members lead by Er Cavan Chai.

The collective strength of CVC is built on the diverse skills in various Civil and
Structural disciplines. We collaborate extensively with professionals from
different fields, including architects, Mechanical, Electrical, Geotehnical
Professional Engineers (PE), and Registered Surveyors, to offer integrated
solutions. CVC's team holds several prestigious certifications, including
Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP), Structural Engineer (SE) for
Structural Inspections, Competent Person (CP) for Facade Inspections, and
Design for Safety Professional (DfSP).
