Key Responsibilities

• Long-Form Editing (YouTube): Cut down multi-camera footage (20–45 minute episodes) into tight, engaging, and story-driven YouTube videos with high viewer retention.

• Short-Form Content Creation: Repurpose long-form episodes into punchy, high-converting vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Pacing & Storytelling: Structure videos using strong hook-based intros, seamless narrative arcs, dynamic pacing, and comedic timing.

• Graphics & Motion Design: Implement vibrant lower-thirds, scoreboards, timer overlays, visual sound effects, and clean custom motion graphics.

• Audio Engineering & SFX: Layer high-energy background tracks, sound effects, and execute clean dialogue leveling/audio mixing.

• Thumbnail Concepts: Collaborate with the creative team to pull high-action freeze-frames and help design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.
