Job Summary

You will supervise daily restaurant operations, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, support sales and cost control goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with food preparation during busy periods or staffing shortages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards to meet customer expectations
• Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling operating costs through effective resource use
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations to maintain a safe environment
• Assist with food preparation and cooking during busy periods or when staffing is limited to maintain service efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum educational level: secondary
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations or food service
