We are the distributor for leading international lifestyle & sports brands.

Due to rapidexpansion, we are seeking the right candidate to join us in a fast paceenvironment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounting transactions and ensure that all entries are accurately and promptly recorded.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up where necessary.

·       Reconciliation of bank statement, debtor a/c, creditor a/c and followingup with customers for

payment.

·       Prepare and submit timely and accurate SOA, aging reports and GST report

·       Perform monthly and year end closingactivities, including preparation of schedules and

reconciliations.

·       Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

·       Liaise with Company Auditor for accounting and tax related matters.

·       Good knowledge of withholding tax and trade service transactions.

·       Intercompany billing

·       Payroll and petty cash

·       Conduct annual stock take

·       Handle other ad-hoc account related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

·       Minimum diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification

·       Minimum 1 year experience in accounting with retail industry is anadvantage

·       Detail-oriented, meticulous and ability to handle deadline withcommitment

·       Able to work independently

·       Proficient in excel spread sheet and outlook

·       Knowledge of AUTO COUNT accounting software would be added advantage

·       Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (To liaise withChinese-speaking

customers).

·       Singaporeans are preferred.
