Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and workers’ performance
Ensure work is completed properly and on time
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity
Report work progress and issues to management
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and smooth workflow
Job Requirements:
Relevant working experience in a supervisory role
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and manage a team
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
Able to work under pressure and follow company procedures
