Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor steam boilers and associated equipment safely and efficiently to support AAC precast concrete block production.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, fuel consumption, water treatment, and any incidents or abnormalities.
• Respond promptly to equipment alarms or malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, environmental regulations, and national boiler operation guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Boilerman Certificate (Grade II or higher) issued by the relevant Malaysian authority (e.g., DOSH).
• Proficiency in reading pressure gauges, temperature controls, and basic mechanical systems.
• Basic understanding of water treatment processes for boiler feedwater.
• Physically fit to work in a high-temperature industrial environment and capable of shift work.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in high-risk operational settings.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
