Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Service Crew / Kitchen Crew to support the daily operations of a Japanese food outlet. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure smooth operations during peak periods, have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment!

Key Responsibilities



Food Preparation & Plating / Service

Assist in prepping ingredients (no complex cooking required).

Plate signature soups/grills neatly and efficiently.



Kitchen Operations

Maintain

strict hygiene standards

(SG Food Agency compliant).

Replenish stocks (sauces, ingredients, retail products).

Support smooth workflow during

peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes)

.



Sustainability Commitment

Handle

antibiotic-free chicken

and sustainably sourced produce.

Minimize waste in line with brand values.

Requirements



Experience:
Prior F&B (kitchen/back-of-house) is a

plus

, but

training provided

for motivated candidates.



Skills:
Ability to work

Pay & Perks

Full-Timers:
Basic Salary:

$3,000/month

+ OT pay.
