• Managing the process of preparing and submittingtender quotations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Creating quotations and customer contracts,maintaining records, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Tracking employee attendance, managing overtimerecords, and addressing any attendance-related issues in accordance withcompany policies.
• Facilitating the application process for passesrequired for drivers to access restricted areas such as Jurong Island, ChangiAirport and etc.
• Monitoring and recording vehicle mileage anddiesel consumption to optimize efficiency and control costs.
• Assisting in sourcing and purchasing activitiesas needed, ensuring timely procurement of required supplies or services.
• Organizing and facilitating operation meetings,recording meeting minutes, and distributing relevant information tostakeholders.
• Handling Workers' Injury Compensation Act (WICA)claims as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance withlegal requirements.
