Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight
- Develop, maintain, and manage production schedules and timelines for a range of local and overseas experiences and exhibitions
- Align production needs with creative intent, technical requirements, and operational goals
- Oversee resource planning, including staffing, equipment, materials, and vendor engagement
Execution & Delivery
- Monitor progress across all production workstreams, identifying risks early and adjusting plans as needed
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and support budget development through detailed production insights
- Uphold quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring projects open on time and perform reliably
Documentation & Vendor Coordination
- Maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and trackers
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
- Support procurement and contract discussions with an understanding of production needs and constraints
Process & Workflow Optimization
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
- Champion best practices in production planning, communication, and cross-department collaboration
- Support long-term production strategy and roadmap development
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 8 to 10 years of experience in production management or project management, preferably within location based experiences and exhibitions
- Experience with experiential, entertainment, cultural, or exhibition environments
- Understanding of end-to-end production processes for fabrication, thematic installation and venue adaptations
- Familiarity with AVLC systems, show control, or technical production workflows is a plus
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Able to travel for work is a must
