BASIC FUNCTION

To perform wiring inspection and functional testing of elevator HIB, HB, HI, HL, and CPI panel final assemblies, ensuring compliance with design specifications and wiring layouts. Responsibilities include verifying wiring accuracy, proper termination, correct component placement, clear labeling, and accurate documentation of all inspection and testing results and ensure the panels are ready for packing.

Job Description

• Inspect the final assembly wiring of HIB, HB, HI, HL, and CPI panels to ensure compliance with electrical schematics, design specifications and wiring standards.
• Verify wire routing, terminations, labeling, and connections in accordance with the testing standards.
• Check continuity, insulation resistance, and grounding to ensure the electrical systems are safe and functional.
• Identify and report any non-conformities found during inspection or testing.
• Work closely with the production and design teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely completion of inspections.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspection results, including check sheet and reports.
• Comply with Electrical Quality Control operating procedures and standards at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to display panel assembly and inspection processes.
• Provide essential support to maintain and enhance the skills of fellow inspectors through knowledge sharing, mentoring and on-the-job training.
• To perform other ad-hoc projects, events or duties when required.

Requirement

• SPM, Diploma, Degree, or relevant experience Electrical field.
• Limited experience and up to 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or QC Role.
• Strong Problem - solving mindset and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in root cause analysis tools is an advantages.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,850.00 per month
