We’re looking for an experienced Merchant Operations Manager to join a growing technology-driven business and lead a team responsible for the smooth execution of merchant operations.

The role sits at the intersection of merchant onboarding, order fulfillment, product deployment and ongoing operational support, working closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Tech and external partners.


What you’ll be involved in:

• Lead and manage the Merchant Operations team across onboarding, fulfillment and deployment activities
• Oversee the operational journey from merchant setup through product/device deployment and activation
• Work closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure orders, documentation and operational requirements are properly coordinated
• Partner with Product & Tech teams to resolve operational issues and support new product/process rollouts
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks across existing workflows and drive practical process improvements
• Monitor key metrics including onboarding turnaround time, fulfillment progress, deployment completion and SLA performance
• Ensure consistent operational practices across teams and locations
• Coach the team, drive accountability and maintain a high level of service quality
• Provide regular operational updates and insights to senior management
  

What we’re looking for:

• 5-8 years of experience in Operations, Merchant Operations, Sales Operations or a related function
• 3+ years of team leadership/management experience
• Strong experience in operational workflow management and cross-functional coordination
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Background in payments, merchant services, POS/POS technology, SaaS or other B2B technology businesses will be an advantage
