Job Summary
Perform routine preventive maintenance and provide onsite field support to ensure equipment and facilities operate efficiently across branches.
Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in optimal working condition
Diagnose and rectify equipment faults promptly to minimize downtime
Provide onsite field maintenance support to branches to resolve technical issues efficiently
Process maintenance claims accurately and report completed work to supervisors
Respond to ad-hoc maintenance requests as assigned by supervisors
Participate in standby weekend duty once a month to support urgent maintenance needs
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a Tradesman certificate from BCA or an equivalent certification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate experience in maintenance or related fields (considered favourably)
Show strong interest in learning maintenance skills (considered for candidates without experience)
Exhibit teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Willingness to travel to various branch locations accessible by MRT
