We’re Hiring: Executive, Data Analytics (Contract)

We are in the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as Executive, Data Analytics. This is a contract role of 1 year. The contract is renewable subjected to performance and business needs. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the areas as follows:

• Assist with data migration into our Core Reinsurance (RI) system, Aragon, including data mapping, manipulation, validation and verification to ensure data accuracy and system readiness.
• Administer and analyse reinsurance data, including in-hand tracking, statement processing, claims registration and premium invoicing within the required timelines.
• Analyse premium data and trends to identify discrepancies, improve data accuracy and ensure premiums are processed in line with planned targets.
• Extract and provide accurate data and information for internal and external stakeholders, including data required for experience studies and business analysis.
• Perform system testing and data validation to identify discrepancies, improve data quality and support the successful system go-live.
• Support the configuration and implementation of the Core Reinsurance (RI) system including setup for new business arrangements and system requirements.
• Develop spreadsheets and data validation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency and support automation initiatives.
• Handle data-related enquiries by understanding stakeholder requirements and providing accurate and timely information.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (including VBA and VLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in data migration, mapping, and system configuration.
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and anomalies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
