Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain testing processes, equipment, and test fixtures for manufacturing.
• Support the introduction of new products by developing and validating test methods and processes.
• Troubleshoot product and test equipment failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Analyze test data and identify opportunities to improve product quality, test yield, and process efficiency.
• Design, modify, and improve test fixtures and equipment to meet production requirements.
• Prepare and maintain test specifications, work instructions, test procedures, and related technical documentation.
• Conduct test equipment qualification, validation, and calibration activities where required.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, Process Engineering, and other departments to resolve testing and product-related issues.
• Lead continuous improvement activities related to testing processes, equipment, and fixtures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Test Technicians.
• Monitor test yield, failure trends, and key testing performance indicators.
• Ensure testing processes comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in test engineering, product testing, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical/electronic test equipment, fixtures, or production testing systems.
• Knowledge of test equipment, test fixtures, instrumentation, and manufacturing test processes.
• Able to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot test/product failures.
• Experience with data analysis and test yield improvement is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of automation, PLC, LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, or other test-related programming tools will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and support overtime/shift work when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
