Recruitment Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end strategy in the talent acquisition cycle, execution and delivery of the recruitment process. Ultimately, this role is in charge of ensuring the fulfilment of the talent needs of the company in order to support the overall business strategy.
- Plan and participate in activities such as career fairs, graduate awards and others.
- Responsible for the whole recruitment process for any vacancy being assigned to including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview and onboarding on timely manner.
- Develop and manage the Gantt chart timeline for tasks assigned in recruitment.
- Assist in preparing the manpower planning reports accurately and timely manner.
- Utilize various channels to advertise job openings, attract talents and maintain sustainable talent pool engagement for future hiring.
- Assist in succession planning structure.
- Produce monthly reports to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment activities.
- Record and update data on the recruitment process in a timely manner.
- Assist in research and recommend new potential sources of recruitment channels for hiring.
- Support various initiatives to improve employer branding and increase awareness.
- Assist in identifying the talent needs and requirements by hiring managers to ensure recruitment efficiency.
- Support in regular reviewing of the job descriptions, requirements and qualification criteria in accordance with the current market for future hiring.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews of candidates with hiring managers.
- Prepare any requirements documents of employees for tender purposes.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or the management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics or other equivalent fields.
- Minimum 1 year of HR working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resource systems, databases and metrics.
- Ability to liaise with internal and external parties for the recruitment process.
- Good ability to screen candidates, compile shortlist and interview candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with hiring trends.
- Organized, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player.
