Job Description:

As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food and beverages, handling transactions, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Prepare and serve menu items as per company standards.

Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions.

Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in food service or retail is an advantage but not required.

Work Environment:

Standing for long periods.

Working in a fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
