About the Role
We are seeking a CAMSTAR Developer to join a global development team designing and developing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for semiconductor manufacturing factories. This role involves hands-on software development, incident resolution, and close collaboration with cross-functional development teams to deliver system changes and enhancements supporting critical semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
MES Development
- Be part of global development teams to design and develop MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions for semiconductor manufacturing factories, with a focus on CAMSTAR/Opcenter development.
- Design, build, and maintain software components supporting shop-floor manufacturing processes and system workflows.
- Contribute to system enhancements and new feature development aligned with manufacturing business requirements.
Incident Management & Support
- Handle incidents raised by manufacturing operations or business users related to the MES platform.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents or issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective fixes.
- Provide timely resolution to production-impacting issues to minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to complete software change requests end-to-end.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions within the global development team.
- Support testing, deployment, and validation activities for software changes and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio IDE and C#.NET programming.
- Experience with Oracle database, or other relational database systems.
- Mandarin proficiency to liaise with regional counterparts
Preferred
- MES (Manufacturing Execution System) related domain knowledge, ideally with CAMSTAR/Opcenter experience.
- Prior work experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong English proficiency, particularly in listening, speaking, and writing.
