Key Responsibilities
Support daily test operations to ensure product quality, yield, and production targets are achieved.
Assist in test program setup, validation, and optimization for semiconductor devices.
Troubleshoot test-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve performance.
Analyze test data and generate reports to identify trends, defects, and improvement opportunities.
Support new product introduction (NPI), qualification activities, and engineering change implementation.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Process Engineering teams to improve test efficiency and product reliability.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action activities for yield and quality issues.
Develop and maintain test documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor testing, electronics manufacturing, or a related industry.
Basic understanding of semiconductor testing, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience in semiconductor testing, IC testing or final test operations.
Familiarity with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and test methodologies.
Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
