Source and recruit blue-collar candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment databases, walk-in interviews, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.
Handle high-volume recruitment for positions such as Production Operators, Technicians, Warehouse Operators, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, General Workers, and other manufacturing-related roles.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, availability, shift requirements, and other relevant criteria.
Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for client submission.
Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and follow up on interview results and hiring decisions.
Communicate job offers, employment terms, joining dates, and other relevant information to selected candidates.
Follow up with candidates to ensure completion of required documentation, medical examinations, background checks, and onboarding requirements.
Coordinate candidate reporting dates, briefings, induction, and deployment to client sites.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future manpower requirements.
Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed timeline.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports and provide updates on candidate and placement status.
Work closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to resolve recruitment and worker-related issues.
Participate in recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews, career fairs, and other recruitment activities when required.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency, manpower supply, staffing, or manufacturing environment.
Experience in blue-collar or high-volume recruitment will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet tight deadlines.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to support recruitment activities outside normal working hours when required
