Job Summary

GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated F&B Sushi Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh sushi products, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, ensuring attractive product presentation and delivering excellent customer service.

No experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi and other Japanese food products according to company recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure all food products are prepared safely, hygienically and meet quality standards.
• Maintain freshness and attractive presentation of sushi products throughout the day.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Practise proper food storage and stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the sushi preparation area, equipment and utensils.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with product packaging, labelling and expiry date checks.
• Comply with all Food Safety, Hygiene and Health regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the sushi counter.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,902.61 per month

• Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
