岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and coordinate electrical works for construction and M&E projects.
Prepare electrical drawings, technical submissions, method statements, calculations, and material submissions.
Review and coordinate electrical shop drawings with consultants, clients, architects, and other trades.
Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant Singapore Standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and installation schedules.
Attend site meetings and coordinate technical matters with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
Ensure all electrical works comply with
SS, IEC, BCA, EMA, SCDF, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)
requirements where applicable.
Prepare progress reports, inspection records, testing & commissioning reports, and other project documentation.
Assist in quantity take-off, cost estimation, variation works, and progress claims.
Identify technical issues and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
Ensure electrical works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Carry out other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience in electrical construction / M&E projects is preferred.
Experience in commercial, industrial, data centre, or building projects will be an advantage.
Knowledge of electrical systems, LV/MV distribution, power, lighting, containment, earthing, and testing & commissioning.
Able to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Familiar with AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and supervise site activities.
Willing to work on construction sites and support project requirements when necessary.
