Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project timelines, budget estimates, and prepare status reports.
• Address reliability issues and troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
• Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate project team members, create schedules, and assign responsibilities.
• Lead and mentor professionals responsible for delivering services to clients.
• Support contract renewals and maintain related documentation.
• Define project objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to review project goals, progress, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Provide support for any company requirements as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Additional technical certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDFOM) are preferred.
• Proven experience managing IT/software projects, including disaster recovery scope.
• Knowledge and exposure to mainframe systems is an advantage.
• Ability to operate as part of the management team.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
