Sales Engineer

• Location: Vision Exchange, Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• UP to $4,000 basic salary + variable bonus.

In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and provide tailored engineering solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hunting for new business and nurturing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend effective engineering solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.
• Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and quotation submission to negotiation and project award.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and business development initiatives.
• Travel locally and internationally to meet clients, support projects, and strengthen business relationships.

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of experience in sales engineer (Offshore/Marine)
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be willing to travel independently for business purposes.
