Duties

• Conduct market and audience research to understand customer behaviours, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Monitor digital platforms, social media, and online communities to identify relevant insights and opportunities.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and community initiatives.
• Create, curate, and manage content across digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and social media channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams, merchants, vendors, and external stakeholders to gather content and marketing materials.
• Manage content updates and ensure information published across digital channels is accurate and timely.
• Track engagement and campaign performance, providing insights to improve content and marketing effectiveness.
• Perform other ad-hoc marketing and digital-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, content management, social media, or related areas will be advantageous.
• Familiar with digital platforms, online trends, and social media.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
