About the role
The position is part of the Hong Kong Model team with the responsibility of leading the coordination of all Comp (Mock-up) Packages that are used for both development as well as internal and external events, presentations, Toy Fairs, etc. The position reports into our model development team in Hong Kong working with US based counterparts on event and need requirements.
Key responsibilities
Manage all comp packaging requests (IP sensitive) globally ensuring information completeness and on time delivery for development, events, e-commerce, commercial initiatives, Toy Fair, and presentations.
Coordinate all communication with our external vendors and internal creative team to prep files for physical creation.
Leverage expertise in graphic development to ensure files are set up correctly and work with development partners to resolve any issues.
Ensure deliverables meet required schedules and communicate status and issues to partners and requestors.
Collaborate with local and US based team on project status, identify and recommend solutions for any issues that arise due to product delays.
Track and monitor project status and provide live updates to management and event partners.
Maintain comprehensive tracking and documentation for inventor samples, facilitating clear communication between development teams and inventors.
About you
0-2 years in graphic or project management or a BA in relevant field
Solid communication skills both written and verbal to HK based team and US partners.
Organizational skills to track and monitor project status working both in software and e-mail.
Strong proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Solid graphic understanding in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
A proven ability to multi-task and deliver on-time results are essential to successfully fulfil requirements.
