SALES EXECUTIVE – BUILDING MATERIALS

We are expanding our business and looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to develop the building materials market in Kelantan.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting customers, developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with contractors, hardware shops, applicators, developers and other industry players.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Promote and sell the company's building and construction materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, hardware shops, developers and other customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and site visits when required.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Identify upcoming projects and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Provide professional after-sales service and technical coordination when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Construction, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in building materials, construction products, hardware, paint, waterproofing or related industries will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales interest are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Possess own transport.

Location: Kelantan
Employment Type: Full-Time

Attractive basic salary + commission/incentive + career development opportunities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
