Position: Digital Workplace Intern
Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Workplace Intern to join our team in Johor Bahru. This internship provides hands-on exposure to IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, deployment activities, and basic data analysis.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

During the internship, you will be exposed to:

• Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• OS & Application Support: Provide basic support for Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft desktop applications.
• Software Maintenance: Assist with antivirus installation, software patches, hotfixes, and troubleshooting.
• Deployment Support: Assist with PC imaging, software deployment, and antivirus agent setup.
• IT Support: Assist the team with day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting activities.
• Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to support IT operations and reporting.
• Documentation: Maintain basic records and documentation related to IT support activities.

Education & Experience

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Students currently pursuing their studies are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Previous exposure to IT projects, academic projects, or technical support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply.
