Finance Manager / Full Set Accountant

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager / Full Set Accountant to manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for full set accounts, AR/AP, financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and establishing finance policies and procedures to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full set accounts and month-end/year-end closing.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
Oversee GST filings, audit schedules, and statutory compliance.
Monitor and improve cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance.
Develop and implement finance SOPs, internal controls, and approval workflows.
Establish and maintain finance policies, including procurement, payment, expense claims, and credit control.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders.
Support payroll review and finance-related administrative matters.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling full set accounts independently.
Experience in setting up finance processes, SOPs, and internal controls will be highly advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Singapore GST, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently.
