Retail Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving business goals.
• Providing sincere customer service to our valued clients.
• Advise and introduce clients on suited shoe styles.
• Assisting clients on their enquiries and concerns.
• Performing operational duties related to stocks and sales.
• Assist in store operations including housekeeping and stock management.

Requirements:

• Candidates with a passion for customer service and proven retail experience.
• Is a team player and looking for long-term career progression.
• Has interest in shoes and fashion.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a plus.
• Experienced in fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to do live-selling is a plus.
