Key responsibilities

• Coordinating and overseeing daily warehousing and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Managing inventory levels, stock movements and warehouse organisation to maintain optimal storage efficiency
• Liaising with suppliers, customers and transport providers to arrange shipments and resolve logistics-related issues
• Preparing and maintaining logistics documentation including bills of lading, shipping manifests and delivery records
• Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure they meet delivery schedules and quality standards
• Optimising warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximise space utilisation and minimise handling costs
• Assisting in the implementation of logistics systems and best practices to improve operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on logistics activities, performance metrics and cost analysis
• Collaborating with other departments to forecast demand and plan logistics requirements accordingly
• Supporting compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures in the warehouse environment

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and inventory records
• Problem-solving ability and proactive approach to addressing logistical challenges
• Basic understanding of supply chain principles and best practices in warehousing and distribution
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and physical ability to perform duties as required
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in warehousing operations

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
