Location: Tapah Road

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR operations at the logistics site.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime and HR records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of site employees.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and workforce planning.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Monitor compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Support foreign worker administration and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs.
• Organise site training and employee engagement activities.
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Operations team on people issues.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount and manpower analytics.
• Support performance management and employee confirmation process.

Requirements

• Min Bachelor in Human Resource/Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 1 year working experience.
• A people-centric mindset, genuinely cares about employee well-being and is a good listener.
• Comfortable engaging with employees on the factory floor and building positive relationships across all levels.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, leave management, and record-keeping.
• A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between sites or support employee engagement initiatives as needed.
