As a subsidiary, Lasertec Singapore supports our customers’ needs with maintenance service for the mask inspection machines.

We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our team.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:
Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.

Perform repair works and troubleshoot machines at customer site.

Install new test machines and software upgrades.

Develop manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for machines.

This role requires you to:
Have a Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or related qualifications.

Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Words.

Have work experience in a customer support environment.

Have work experience in a semiconductor industry for more than 3 years.

Have knowledge in laser, Oscilloscope/Spectrum analyzer/other instruments.

is able to travel overseas frequently and on short notice.

is flexible to work on selected weekends and public holidays (Following PM schedule).

is self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job.
