岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
Maintain proper filing of company documents, records, and correspondence.
Prepare letters, reports, forms, and other administrative documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence.
Assist with staff records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and general office matters.
Support management and other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
2. Accounts Support
Assist with daily accounting transactions and data entry.
Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and payment documents.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Record and verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with payment processing.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Assist in preparing monthly accounts and reports.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and relevant departments on billing matters.
Support the Accounts Manager with other accounting duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum
1–2 years of relevant experience
in administration and/or accounting.
Diploma or Certificate in
Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel and Word
.
Experience with accounting software
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
