About the role

Manage and monitor overall QA/QC activities for Data Centre construction projects, covering QA/QC requirements for Civil/Structural, Architectural and M&E works.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality requirements
• Coordinate Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), ITP, Method Statements, Material Submittals and Test Reports
• Monitor and follow up on NCRs, corrective actions and quality issues until close-out
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and site teams on quality-related matters
• Maintain proper QA/QC records and assist with testing, commissioning and project handover
• Prepare QA/QC reports and update management on quality issues and progress

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction or related field
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
• Good knowledge of ITP, IR/WIR, Method Statements, Material Submittals, NCR and testing documentation
• Able to read and understand construction and M&E drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple QA/QC activities on site

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
