About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Engineer to join our Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop your technical knowledge and practical skills in MIM manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and improving MIM production processes.
• Support daily production activities to ensure quality, productivity, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Assist in troubleshooting process, equipment, and quality issues.
• Participate in process validation, trials, and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance teams.
• Prepare technical reports, production records, and work instructions.
• Support customer requirements related to product quality and process control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in powder metallurgy, MIM, precision engineering, or metal manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in manufacturing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,300.00 per month
