• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience; candidates with 5 years of full-set accounting experience will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCount, SQL Accounting, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling financial information.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
• A strong team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Immediate availability or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  

 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and financial documentation.
• Perform daily accounting transactions and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and on time.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts, and other accounting-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties on accounting and payment matters.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the management.
