mustard is partnering with a globally renowned International Architecture Practice for delivering some of the world's most sophisticated and award-winning buildings. Due to continued strategic growth, their regional studio is expanding to lead high-profile, large-scale developments across APAC.

The Role

We are seeking ambitious design professionals for the following roles:

• Architectural Designer (x2)
• Senior Architectural Designer (x2)

You bring a proven track record of bringing complex projects to life in the region. Partnering directly with senior leadership, you will spearhead innovative design concepts, streamline project workflows, and drive the firm's strategic vision forward. These are hands-on positions requiring a balance of creative design excellence and rigorous technical execution, while fostering a collaborative studio culture.

Key Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale developments, with specific proficiency in Hospitality and Mixed-Use projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong capabilities in 3D methodologies and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Commercial Acumen: A sharp analytical mindset with a strong understanding of commercial drivers and constructability.
• Design Passion: A holistic approach to architecture, showing equal enthusiasm for conceptual design and detailed technical documentation.
