Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
• Check guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Assist in assigning daily tasks and work schedules to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning supplies, linen and housekeeping equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, damages or other concerns to the relevant department.
• Ensure housekeeping procedures and hotel standards are followed at all times.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain proper housekeeping records and reports.

Requirements

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to supervise and work effectively with a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
