Main Contractor seeking for the above position forLTAproject:-

Roles & Responsible:-

• Assist in supervision of project matters and co ordinate with sub contractors which is discrepancy of construction drawings and design matters.
• Co ordinate submission of documents to relevant authorities and monitor the progress and prepare daily, weekly & monthly report.
• Liase/co-ordinate with drawings disciplines/ departments in preparing of reports by team members.
• Coordinate with engineers/ supervisor that discrepancy on site reality and drawing and redesign accordingly.
• Liaise with client,consultants and contractors to obtain clearance and approval.
• Produce BIM execution plan for submission
• Lead in BIM implementation,create upgrade and deployment strategies
• Lead the team timely delivery of drawing for BIM submission
• Provide other BIM duties for Coordination
• Maintain and manage all policies and guidelines for the department
• Coordinate with other system Wide contractors for Services Panel and Structural/Architectural issues
• Coordinate with Consultants to resolve design issues and the discrepancy issues
• Attend the LTA meeting for Coordination

Requirement:-

• Degree Holder or Diploma in Elctrical, Mechanical Or Building Services Engineering or Specialist Dip in BIM
• Diploma in Construction Engineering (BCA Academy)
• Able to work under stress and responsible attitude
• Minimum 5 years and above in civil project
• Experience in LTA project will be advantage
