We are looking for a
Legal Executive
to support our growing corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of agreements and other transactional documents.
Assist with corporate secretarial matters, such as company incorporations, share transfers, allotments and filing of annual returns.
Prepare and maintain corporate records, resolutions and statutory documents.
Conduct company searches, due diligence and basic legal research.
Assist with KYC, client onboarding and compliance matters.
Liaise with clients and other external parties.
Provide general administrative support to the corporate team.
Requirements
Positive attitude, motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
A Diploma or Degree would be advantageous, preferably in Law, Legal Studies or a related field.
Fresh grads are welcome to apply. Prior corporate or law firm experience is an advantage.
Good written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
