Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
• Following Forbes Sequence of service to ensure we are meeting expectation.
• Deliver luxury service experiences for à la carte, afternoon tea, and buffet operations.
• Assist preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
• Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and well-versed in all aspects of the menu.
• Able to work in different duties when needed and support Premium 55 F&B restaurant.
• Communicate guest preferences, feedback and service issues to Captains or the Manager on Duty.
  
  

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization
  
  

Other Prerequisites

• Possess food hygiene and safety certification
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
• Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Positive attitude and willing to learn and growth in hospitality industry within premium luxury service environment.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred.
