The Telesales Assistant is responsible for supporting sales growth through proactive outbound calls, customer follow-up, lead generation, and customer relationship management. The role serves as a key link between customers and the Sales team by promoting products and services, identifying business opportunities, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telemarketing & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Introduce and promote company products, services and special offers.

• Identify customer needs and generate qualified sales leads.

• Arrange appointments or follow-up opportunities for Sales Representatives.

• Support the Sales team by preparing call reports and lead tracking reports.

2. Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Provide product and service information accurately.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.

• 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales support preferred. Less experience will also be considered.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese and English

• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Good organisational and time management skills.
