REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No previous live-streaming experience required; training will be provided.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in front of an audience.
• Confident, energetic, friendly, and willing to interact with viewers.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Able to work either 5 days or 6 days per week.
• Able to work according to the selected shift schedule.
• Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply.
• Non-Mandarin speakers are also welcome to apply.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using social media and live-streaming platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Host and conduct live-streaming sessions on assigned platforms.
• Interact with viewers through comments, chat, games, and engaging conversations.
• Present products, content, or topics confidently and creatively during live sessions.
• Build a strong connection and positive relationship with viewers.
• Encourage viewer interaction, engagement, and participation throughout the live session.
• Maintain an energetic, friendly, and professional personality while streaming.
• Follow the assigned live-streaming schedule and company guidelines.
• Work with the team to improve content, viewer engagement, and live-streaming performance.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and popular live-streaming content.
• Participate in training and coaching provided by the company.
