Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory equipment and machines to conduct materials testing and experiments
• Prepare and handle polymer materials for research and development projects
• Record and analyze test data to support product and process improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and optimize testing procedures
• Learn and apply new technologies related to polymer materials and EPP development
