Perform welding and fabrication work on metal structures, equipment and components used in recycling operations.

Carry out repair and maintenance of recycling machinery, containers, frames, chutes and other metal parts.

Conduct cutting, grinding and basic metal fabrication works as required.

Inspect welded joints and fabricated components to ensure proper fit, strength and safety.

Assist in repairing and modifying equipment according to operational requirements.

Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and metal structures.

Follow workplace safety procedures and proper handling of welding equipment and tools.

Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.

Assist the operations team with other maintenance and fabrication tasks when required.
